Emirates District Cooling (Emicool) has announced it will reduce charges on district cooling services bills for the coming three months across all its residential, commercial and industrial projects. Emicool says the move shows its commitment to the decision taken by the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy.

The company will continue to provide its customers with district cooling services across its plants to maintain the emirate’s unique business environment, and assist in making Dubai among the best places to live and work, a statement from the firm said.

Emicool CEO Dr Adib Moubadder said the reductions the firm is offering to customers for the next three months is in line with the directives of the Dubai leadership.

“We will continue to coordinate with our partners in the private and public sectors to maintain a safe economic climate and a thriving business sector in Dubai,” he explained.
