Azizi Developments, a private developer based in the UAE, has announced the launch of new units at its Creek Views Project in Dubai Healthcare City.

In a statement, the company said that the Creek View’s 100% freehold residences were in perfect alignment with the rising demand for residential projects in Dubai Healthcare City Phase 2, which is rapidly progressing.

The 20-storey development features 634 residences, comprising 396 studios, 218 one- and 20-two-bedroom apartments, as well as 33,341 sqft of retail space. The developer added that 24% of construction was already completed.

Overlooking Dubai Healthcare City, Creek Views features panoramic views of Dubai Creek and the Downtown Dubai skyline. Situated on Al Khail Road, the project is minutes away from Dubai International Airport, Dubai Mall, Business Bay and DIFC, the developer said.

He added that Azizi Developments has also announced an attractive payment plan for Creek Views, which entails the payment of only 1% on booking, followed by 13% 14 days after booking (including 4% Oqood fees), 10% 45 days after booking, 2.5% every following month (30%), and the remaining 50% upon completion.

The project will feature an all-inclusive health club, comprising a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a steam room, and outdoor spaces.
