Innovate Living, a Dubai-based boutique developer, has announced that handover of its flagship project, Palme Couture Residences, a bespoke development that features a collection of 14 residences, including three-bedroom lateral apartments, four-bedroom townhouses and five-bedroom duplexes.
Also included in the project is a 19.274sqft ‘Royal Penthouse’ which features seven-bedrooms and a separate guesthouse, along with a 4,656sqft terrace. Located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, work on the project commenced in 2015 and it was officially launched in Q1 2018.
In a statement, the company said that its sale strategy was to sell its properties after completion so as to allow homeowners the opportunity to interact with their future homes and appreciate the real value of their investment. All units are fully-serviced with the amenities of a five-star hotel concierge and come with private beach access, smart home systems and other high-end facilities.

All units include open-air spaces, a mix of marble finishes, ocean views, direct beach access and private underground parking. Residents of Palme Couture Residences will also benefit from the Nakheel Promenade currently under development.
