SSH has been appointed as the lead consultant on Emaar’s third residential cluster, Bayshore, within the Creek Beach District masterplan. The district will be built in two phases covering a total GFA of approximately 343,700sqm.

Bayshore will enable residents to sail, dine and enjoy a creative scene at the social hubs of Creek Beach and Creek Marina, as well as views of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, the statement from SSH said.

Emaar is said to currently be carrying out a phased rollout of residential clusters to market.

The new cluster will form part of Emaar’s Creek Beach District, an urban city set to provide a lifestyle experience unlike anywhere else in Dubai, SSH said in its statement.

SSH’s scope on the master plan is as lead consultant, architectural partner, structural engineer and is also providing building services.
