Dubai Properties has announced a new phase of its Villanova community in Dubailand. Amaranta 3 will feature more than 300 two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouses and will boast Spanish facades.

According to a statement from Dubai Properties, the townhouses of Amaranta replicate ‘the haciendas of modern Spanish design’. Construction of phase three of the community is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of this year with completion scheduled for Q4, 2020.

Amaranta 3 is expected to cover 18,000sqm which includes greenery, gardens and common spaces and will include private parking, BBQ and picnic areas, a pool, a playground, a sports court, a cycling track and a running track.

Al Kindi says the neighborhood layout will promote an integrated community lifestyle, while providing each family with its own space to thrive.
