Bloom Properties has announced the commencement of the main works at Faya, the fourth phase of its master planned community in the UAE capital’s Bloom Gardens, for which it has appointed Emirates Link Maltauro as the general contractor.

The Abu Dhabi-based developer said in a statement that Faya will consist of 132 townhouses made up of 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters. The company’s Bloom Gardens master development is located in the heart of the UAE capital, minutes away from the Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park. The project’s third phase was handed over recently ahead of its scheduled delivery in the first quarter of this year, Bloom added.

Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “We are delighted to confirm that the main works of Faya at Bloom Gardens have commenced. This marks a significant milestone for the master development that has set new benchmarks for quality urban lifestyle.

“Bloom enjoys an excellent working relationship with Emirates Link Maltauro, which is credited with completing the second and third phases of Bloom Gardens ahead of schedule. Bloom Gardens has created a community that its residents are proud to call home due to its accessible location and facilities. Bloom Properties is committed to completing Faya with the quality standards we have endorsed in earlier phases.”

The statement added that following its launch at Cityscape Abu Dhabi in April 2016, 90% of Faya was sold within a week. The strong investor response was attributed to the project’s location, amenities and attractive payment plans, Bloom added.

Mohamad Sleiman, general manager, Emirates Link Maltauro, said: “We are proud to be a part of this strategically located project. It provides us with another opportunity to showcase our extensive experience in executing several landmark projects in the Middle East. We are committed to delivering the project to the highest standards of excellence expected of us.”
