Abu Dhabi’s Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has announced that structural works have been completed on the Mamsha Al Saadiyat project on Saadiyat Island.

The master developer said that all concrete groundwork has been laid, with the structure for all buildings now complete.

Mamsha Al Saadiyat is set to feature 7,802 square meters of retail and dining floor space, spread across nine medium-rise residential towers. The 461 units will include 414 apartments or lofts with one to four bedrooms, and five-bedroom duplex penthouses measuring between 106 and 454 square meters in size. The remaining 47 units are townhouses.

“The development of Mamsha Al Saadiyat is in line with the schedule and we’re aiming for it to be delivered in 2018. Due to the increased demand for the project, we have released residential units in the new Azure 1 building,” said Amna Alalkeem Al Zaabi, Mamsha Al Saadiyat Project Manager at TDIC.
