KEO appoints Sameer Daoud as executive director of infrastructure

KEO International Consultants has appointed Sameer Daoud as executive director of its Infrastructure Division. The firm notes that he is based in Dubai and responsible for overseeing the Infrastructure Engineering practice.

According to a statement, Daoud brings 23 years of global project experience, along with significant executive leadership and operational expertise.

“KEO is one of the leading consultancies with exceptionally strong credentials in infrastructure engineering.  A firm that is committed to delivering consistent value to its clients and communities in the region. I am super excited and privileged to be part of the KEO team,” said Daoud.

Prior to joining KEO, he was CEO of regional contracting firm MECIC. He also held the position of group chief development officer and MD of Drake & Scull, and served as a senior infrastructure leader in WS Atkins and WSP Middle East. Daoud has also held senior roles at Hyder Consulting and Arcadis.
