YK Real Estate delivers 64-unit residential project in Reef Island, Bahrain

A 64-apartment residential project has been launched by YK Real Estate Investments & Developments Company. Garnet offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and is located in Reef Island, Bahrain.

The building was constructed by Almoayyed Contracting Group and is open for rentals through property management firm, CBRE, as well as sales directly from the development company, said the statement.

“We are incredibly proud of Garnet. We have taken our time to ensure the building is completed to the highest standards ensuring those who live there enjoy the best apartment building possible. We are extremely excited to hear feedback on the building from prospective buyers and renters,” said executive director of YK Real Estate Investments and Developments Company Hala Almoayyed.

According to a statement from the developer, Garnet has been designed to provide maximum comfort with a wide array of amenities including a cinema room, gym, kids play area, study room, relaxation lounge and many outdoor areas that can be utilised. The developer also notes that the apartments are fully furnished to the highest standards.
