Dubai-based real estate developer Samana Developer has appointed Prestige Constructions, for its $27 million resort-themed Samana Golf Avenue development in Dubai Studio City.
The four-storey project will span over 19,500sqm and feature 233 apartments.
Resort-style features include private swimming pools, a leisure deck, health club, a miniature golf course, as well as air filters, energy-efficient appliances, solar panels, and landscaping “to create a healthy lifestyle”.
Samana Developers said in a statement that it will “create a new record in Dubai by completing the superstructure of the project in 240 days.”
Imran Farooq, CEO, Samana Developers, added: “Prior to selecting the main contractor for our resort-themed Golf Avenue project, we conducted a thorough review of different contractors. We found the Prestige has synergy of our construction philosophy of developing eco-friendly buildings, affordable luxury, within the buying range of mid-level investors. We welcome Prestige on board.”
