TMKN Property completes $217m Al Jimi Avenue in Abu Dhabi

TMKN Property, a UAE-based real estate company, has announced the completion of Al Jimi Avenue, a mixed-use development built at a total cost of $217 million in the heart of Abu Dhabi.

The newly built project is located near several modern tourist, service and entertainment facilities, a statement from TMKN Property said, adding that the development consists of 600 luxury apartments comprising of one-, two- and three-bedroom units in addition to commercial spaces, office spaces, and more than 800 parking spaces.

The project overlooks the Abu Dhabi corniche and offers views of the Khalidiya district, TMKN added. Furthermore, it offers access to a gymnasium and health club, in addition to a swimming pool with security guard 24/7, it added.

CEO Dr Abdul Rahman Mahmud Al Afifi stated that TMKN Property has strengthened its position in the real estate market in the country and expanded in real estate management through a real estate portfolio that includes more than 3.000 residential and commercial units.

“Al Jimi Avenue is purely designed for residential and commercial use, as is distinguished by its luxury, and location, which is within walking distance of the Abu Dhabi Corniche,” he noted.

“We are buoyed by the positive and encouraging indicators on Abu Dhabi real estate market. This gives us more confidence on the UAE capital’s real estate and tourism potential thanks to the initiatives launched by the government,” he added.
