Generation Z and indeed the future generations of A & B who will work remotely are always on the lookout for short term accommodations as they tend to travel and explore places and cultures more. Because of the highly flexible nature of their work environments, future generations are more transient and flexible and make the most of their freedom to travel and switch places as often as they like. Building owners and service companies who are willing to adapt to the future and invest in the future will be much more part of future revenue streams, which are being developed now.
