UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that it is investing over $27.2 million into the landscaping and enhancement of its community project, Riviera’s phase one and two.

Riviera is Azizi’s waterfront lifestyle project, which will be located in the heart of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (MBR City). Once completed, the development will  have more than 16,000 residences spread across 71 mid-rise buildings and will overlook an extensive retail boulevard, the developer said in a statement. Additional facilities will include a canal walk with F&B outlets, and a lush-green social space.

Mohamed Ragheb Hussein, executive director for Engineering Division at Azizi Developments, said: “With Riviera being a sizable community and there being plenty of public communal space, we have decided to make good use of it by surprising our valued customers with a wide array of added facilities.”

“It is beautification efforts such as these that enhance lives and increase ROIs, leaving our customers satisfied. While over $27.2 million will be invested at no extra cost to our existing clients, we believe that their loyalty and word-of-mouth will result in repeat purchases and new potential investors reaching out.”

“The enhancements at Riviera will foster a greater sense of belonging, promote health and well-being and add to the aesthetics of the community,” he concluded.

The company also stated that the announcement was made in light of its drive to further advance its customer experience through an array of proactive residential beautification schemes. This also includes the development of a balanced, healthy residential community that grants residents a dynamic lifestyle, the developer added.
