The 2020 Middle East Consultant Awards (MEC Awards) will recognise outstanding work across several new categories including ‘Facilities Management Company of the Year’, ‘Industry Influencer of the Year’, ‘Interior Design Company of the Year’ and ‘Onsite Safety Champion of the Year’, the Middle East Consultant editorial team has announced.

In all, 25 Awards are up for grabs, and the editorial team notes that some of the existing categories have been updated, in order to make them more focused and easier to nominate for.

The ‘ME Consultant’s Rising Star of the Year’ category for instance has now been changed to ‘Under 30 Champion of the Year’, while the ‘Project of the Year’ category has been split and will recognise three projects under the following sectors: Residential & Commercial; Hospitality & Tourism; ‘Retail and Public Facilities’.

The Middle East Consultant Awards are due to take place on December 8, 2020 in Dubai, while nominations will close on October 29. Nomination guidelines can be seen here: https://meconsultantawards.com/nomination-guidelines

The editorial team notes that extensions will not be offered, so judges have the appropriate amount of time to deliberate over each nomination ahead of voting.
