Imdaad has signed a three-year contract with Dubai Properties to deliver hard and soft facilities management services at 1/JBR in Dubai.

As per the terms of the deal, the company will deploy its hard FM solutions including air conditioning, electrical and civil maintenance, plumbing and Building Management Systems (BMS) services at the 52-floor property. These will be complemented by the company’s cleaning and housekeeping services, the statement said.

He added that the firm will deploy a total of twenty dedicated technicians, two engineers and one supervisor at the building.
