Majid Al Futtaim Communities says it has “underlined the resilience of the UAE real estate market” after holding a ground-breaking ceremony for its recently launched Elan neighbourhood within its Tilal Al Ghaf development yesterday.
The project is planned for delivery by December 2022 and has already completed the sale of 594 total units in phases one and two for a total sales value of $245 million.

The developer said its properties are offered at attractive price points and with a competitive payment plan. Amenities include a recreational lagoon, outdoor cinema, three community centres, a fitness centre, and BBQ stations.
