Sharjah-based Tilal Properties has said that 80% of construction work has been on completed on two community centres in its mixed-use Tilal City project. The first community centre is located in the Al Naseem villa complex, whilst the second is located in Al Naseem Residences.

The first community centre is said to feature four restaurant lounges and three retail units, whereas the second will have six restaurant lounges along with four retail units. A sports centre extending over an area of 350sqm will be located in each complex separately, to promote a healthy lifestyle among residents, the statement said.

Infrastructure within the development is said to be 100% complete, thus enabling landowners to start construction immediately after making the full payment, as per the statement.

Tilal City is billed as a mixed-use project spread over a total area of 25m sqft. The project is divided into eight integrated regions, services and facilities, with 48% of the area dedicated to open spaces. The project is said to have been designed to accommodate 65,000 residents.

“The goal of setting up Tilal Oasis in two different complexes is to provide the residents of Tilal City and surrounding areas with diverse options for active living and recreation in a safe, inclusive environment boosting optimum service facilities at a high level of quality, with an integrated living style,” said Khalifa Al Shaibani, director-general of Tilal Properties.

He added that all necessary utility services are already in place, including Tilal City’s electric station and sewerage station, in addition to the water and gas network.
