Samana Developers has announced a resort themed project in Dubai Studio City.

Samana Golf Avenue is to be a $27.2 million development that features 250 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

According to a statement from the developer, some of the luxury residential units boast private pools. The project also features a ‘world-class leisure deck’ that includes a golf putting green. The developer notes that Samana Golf Avenue is located close to five championship golf courses.

Alan James Gammon, general manager at Samana Developers said there is huge interest for the project in both the local and international market and especially in China.

“We perceive an exceptionally strong demand for high-quality, affordable properties in carefully master-planned, and well located residential communities from homebuyers, ranging from young professionals to larger families,” he explained.
