EFS Facilities Services Group says it has secured $46.2mn in contracts in 2019

EFS Facilities Services Group, a Dubai-based provider of integrated facilities management (IFM) solutions in the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Turkey region, has announced that it has secured contracts worth more than $46.2 million in the first 10 months of 2019.

In a statement, the company said that it has a track record of delivering state-of-the-art FM services to some of the most prominent local and multinational clients in the region, for the last 19 years, with contract retention of near 100% and at par technology integration, cost optimisation, service innovation, client engagement and operation excellence.

EFS added that in 2019, the company marked accomplishments of flagship projects from large government entities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. In its global operations, it said that it had made further expansions into Bangladesh by providing FM services to multinational banking projects.

Additionally, the company said that it had conducted its Annual Employee Engagement Survey, which recorded an overall global engagement score of 90%, strengthening the employee-workforce relationship through engaging practices of great places to work.

“EFS will continue to hallmark its reputation by working in close collaboration with its clients and people while demonstrating results through quality, integrity and partnership,” he added.
