Al Futtaim Engineering and Technologies has won a contract to supply and install 70 Hitachi elevators across real estate projects in the UAE.

The projects include the Deyaar Midtown project at Dubai Production City, Rawda and UNA Apartments by Town Square and Damac’s Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences in Dubai.

As per the terms of the deal, the company will supply and install 31 elevators at Deyaar’s Midtown project, 30 elevator units at the Rawda and UNA Apartments project, while the Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences will be outfitted with 13 ultra-high-speed elevators.

According to a statement, Al-Futtaim Engineering and Technologies is said to have expertise in air conditioning, building products, control and life safety, elevators and escalators, facility management, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), as well as scaffolding and access solutions.
