Wasl Properties has launched the first building within its ‘wasl port views’ development.

The unveiling is part of the developer’s ongoing focus to add residential, commercial and hospitality accommodation to the market, and meet demands from those interested in living close to Dubai’s Port Rashid.

The new building will feature 270 apartments split between one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The developer says a variety of the residential units will feature sea views, as well as ‘superior interior finishing and high-quality fittings’.

The development is said to offer a contemporary lifestyle in a beautifully landscaped community by the sea. Wasl also said the development is part of its mandate to consistently cater to all areas and segments of Dubai by introducing exceptional properties in prominent areas that aim to uplift communities and instill happiness in the hearts of residents.

Wasl port views will be handed over in phases and is expected to be fully completed by 2020. The development will ultimately feature 10 buildings, as well as retail stores and restaurants. On completion, the project will also provide the market with two hotels that include 449 rooms and 84 serviced apartments, the developer said.
