RAK Properties has announced it has signed a construction, infrastructure and landscape contract with Al Ali Construction and Development for its Marbella Villas project.

The $136 million project located at the Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah consists of 205 contemporary-designed villas and townhouses facing the ocean. Units consist of two- and three-bedroom townhouses, four- and five-bedroom villas and one prime eight-bedroom VIP villa.

Marbella Villas is a mixed-use project with amenities such as a leisure clubhouse with two outdoor pools, two gyms, a multi-purpose hall and café, landscaped areas with comfortable seating and a play area for children. It also provides access to several leisure and entertainment facilities located around Angel Bay.
