Five machines from French powered access specialist, Haulotte, are helping in the construction and finishing works of the Art Center project in Dubai.

Located in the city’s Al Barsha neighbourhood, the center will become the first specialised mall in the GCC region dedicated to uniting the furniture market and will host brands ranging from medium- to high-end.

Haulotte’s distributor in the UAE, United Gulf Equipment Rentals, has supplied five units of Haulotte’s articulated boom lifts with working height of 41m for use in all the phases of the project.

Airolink Building Contracting LLC was assigned by project owner MMS Gulf as the main contractor for the project. MMS Gulf is currently leading a number of projects that are at various stages of development in the UAE.

According to Haulotte, the HA41PX-NT articulated boom lift, which is in use in the project, has been designed to meet the needs of customers who specialise in technically complex and sustainable projects. Its design makes it possible to reach more diversified work areas thanks to a working height of 41.5m, up to four simultaneous proportional movements and a wide horizontal outreach of 20.1m to access difficult-to-reach areas.
