Emaar has announced that it has launched Arabian Ranches III, a secure gated community with a central park covering an area of over 30,000 sqm featuring three- and four-bedroom houses.

Following up with the original Arabian Ranches, the new community will feature a four-km boulevard, community parks with an extensive choice of play area for children as well as wellness and sports facilities for all the residences. Emaar reported that the neighbourhood will also have a lazy river, cycling tracks, a retail strip, a clubhouse and community centre, a mosque and several reputed schools and healthcare facility in close proximity.

The central park is said to serve as a hub for recreation and socialising with a plaza, lawns, adventure zones, a parkour course, a skate park, barbeque areas, a gymnasium, jogging tracks and a cricket pitch.

Arabian Ranches III also offers a direct connection to the 86km-long Al Qudra Cycling Track, while a 42m-wide boulevard loop promotes a pedestrian-friendly healthy lifestyle.  Residents will have access to the Arabian Ranches Golf Course as well as the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club.

The developer also stated that the residential community will be served by a Metro link in the future, meanwhile Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport, Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo 2020 Dubai site are only a half-hour away.
