Lootah Real Estate Development (LRED) has broken ground on a new residential project in Dubai Investment Park. ‘The Edge’ is a G+5+rooftop project and is set for delivery in the first quarter of 2020.

The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by Lootah Real Estate Development’s top officials, key stakeholders and partners.

According to a statement, the project is located at the Ewan Residences development, in Dubai Investment Park. As a result, residents can take advantage of amenities such as landscaped gardens, a recreation centre, swimming pools, jogging tracks and facilities that include a shopping centre and play areas for children, the developer said.
