Arada announces Sarab Community at Aljada

Arada has announced a new luxury garden community in Aljada. According to the developer, the Sarab Community is being designed as a ‘peaceful and private retreat a short distance away from the buzz of the emirate’s largest mixed-use destination’.

The community will consist of 109 townhouses and semi-detached villas and Arada says that although the new community is based in the quietest part of Aljada, residents are only a few minutes’ walk away from the Central Hub complex. The 1.9m sqft complex was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and was announced earlier in the year.

As per a statement, the highlight of the Sarab Community is a hidden, members-only gym and swimming pool, which is surrounded by trees and built below ground level. Arada says this adds to the sense of privacy and exclusivity found throughout the entire development.

“Sarab Community is a stunning addition to the portfolio of homes available at Aljada, Sharjah’s new lifestyle destination. These tranquil garden homes are perfect for modern families who want to enjoy their privacy while still feeling connected to the pace of city life,” said HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of Arada.

Arada also showcased the evolution of its brand, which is said to reflect its focus on long-term partnerships, sustainable communities and adding value through services, such as its recently announced Arada Smart Home technology.

“We’re also proud to be showcasing our new brand evolution, which shows our desire to transform spaces where we live and work. We create connected communities, and we do that by becoming life-long partners to our customers, whether residents or businesses, and adding new services and value wherever we can,” Al Qasimi added.
