Signature Developers has announced that apartments within its ‘The Residences JLT’ project will boast a glass pod, alcove or terrace. The developer says the amenity provides residents with ‘a sense of freedom from within the confines of the building’s structure’.

According to a statement, the pods provide unobstructed 270-degree views, and can be built to an end-user’s specific requirements. A total of 105 pods will be built into the building of which 91 are a part of the Monogram, Autograph and Signature residences, while the remaining 14 will belong to the Taj Hotel.

“Whichever way you turn, whatever floor you live on, The Residences JLT offer stunning vistas across new Dubai, taking in the greenery of the nearby golf courses, the desert landscape to the east, or the bustling communities of Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Signature Developers were determined that The Residences JLT should provide Dubai with a unique living environment, taking in to account its prime position within Jumeirah Lakes Towers,” said a company spokesman.

Speaking about The Residences JLT, the developer said the tower will feature 80 luxury residential units including two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments, as well as full floor penthouses, set above a five-star hotel that will be managed by Taj Hotels & Resorts.
