Beaver Gulf is to continue working at Nshama’s Town Square project in Dubai after it was awarded the contract to build the sixth phase of townhouses at the development.
The multi-discipline contractor has been on Nshama’s Town Square since the start of the Zahra first phase of construction and now will construct the SAMA Townhouses phase which comprises 258 townhouses consisting of three and four bedroom units.
Nshama handed over 320 Zahra units last year and is currently rolling out the Hayat, Safi, Noor & Naseem phases within the master development.
The districts of Nshama’s Town Square development are centred around the Town Square Park. The size of 11 football fields it will feature a Vida Townsquare hotel and a Reel Cinemas cineplex.
Fred Durie, CEO, Nshama has previously described the development as setting a benchmark for developments in Dubai and the region attempting to appeal to the ‘new’ generation.
