Sharjah-based developer ARADA has announced that construction of phase one of its Nasma Residences project is now 60% complete. The developer pointed out that it will start handing over units at the end of the year, and notes that the finishing touches have been put on the project’s first ‘show home’.

In its statement the developer also said that the rapid construction progress in phase one of the project has been mirrored in phase two. Development of that phase is now said to be 20% complete, while work on the 6,500sqft Nasma Square mall has reached the first floor. Construction work on the mall is expected to be complete by the end of the year.

“The opening of this Show Home – which doubles up as our first completed property – is the perfect way to show that ARADA is delivering on its promises. We believe this will give potential homebuyers a unique opportunity to see, touch and enjoy the incredible living experience we are creating at Nasma Residences, said HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of ARADA.

Earlier this year, the developer launched sales of phase four of the project and introduced its new Bareem Townhouses, which can be specified with either two- or three-bedrooms.

Nasma Residences was first launched in March 2017 and ARADA has said that over 500 homes have now been purchased within the community, which consists of more than 800 homes.
