Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM), in cooperation with Musanada, the Abu Dhabi Public Services Company, will fully complete all infrastructure and internal roads projects that started in Al Falah last year, by the end of June, it has announced.

According to a report by WAM, the project is part of the ongoing development drive in Abu Dhabi and its suburbs, as part of the plan to satisfy community needs in the area. It is also one of the projects that aims to realise the overall vision of the emirate, bring happiness to the community, and bolster the reputation of Abu Dhabi, the report added.

The project includes the construction of three-lane, two-way roads between the old and new Al Falah cities, in addition to four intersections in the southern and western part of the new part of the city. It also includes the completion of road networks surrounding the Al Falah residential area, in addition to other associated works, such as rainwater drainage, lightening, intersections and light signals.

The infrastructure works in Al Falah will cost more than $11.2 million and will provide roads and infrastructure services to existing and new residential land plots, thus enhancing the quality of life and services on offer to the populace, the report said.

The Al Falah area is part of many areas targeted with projects aimed at upgrading infrastructure in the foreseeable future, tailored to cater to the economic boom and rising demographic growth rates witnessed by the emirate of Abu Dhabi at all levels.
