Sooma Real Estate Development has completed its Al Fouad residential tower in Nakheel’s 560-hectare master development. According to a statement from the firm, it’s focus was to ensure the timely delivery of the project with high quality fixtures and finishes.

The project is said to be one of the first residential towers to be handed over in Nakheel’s master development. It features 105 apartments split between studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units – the developer says that the apartments already have power and water connections from DEWA.

The tower also includes two ground floor retail units, a rooftop swimming pool and gym and both underground and ground parking.
