Dubai-based Signature Developers says its second project, The Residences in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, has topped-out and work has commenced on the fit-out work as it heads towards completion this year.

The Residences, the developer notes in a release, is placed on the upper floors of Taj Hotel’s new 17-floor property in JLT and features, “a collection of 80 stylish abodes named Monogram, Autograph and Signature”
