Sharjah-based property developer ARADA has announced new villas at its Nasma Residences Community project. The Sama Majlis Villa is said to be a four-bedroom independent unit with an open-air majlis based on an upstairs terrace, which the developer says is a first for the Sharjah market.

The new villas will be located in phase three of the Sharjah project and were announced at a special sales event held by the developer. The announcement was made as the developer achieved 20% completion on phase one of the 800 villa and townhouse community, which was launched in March 2017.

“With construction work on the first phase of Nasma Residences already a fifth complete, we are on course to deliver ARADA’s first homes by the end of this year. The introduction of the Sama Majlis Villa also shows our intention to provide a wide portfolio of beautifully designed homes for both investors and end-users,” said HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of ARADA.

The main construction contract for work on phase one of the project was awarded to Intermass Engineering & Contracting LLC, while the contracts for phase two were awarded to Intermass and Klampfer Middle East.

Excavation and foundation work on phase two is said to be underway and the developer says that it expects to award the contract for phase three of the project in May. ARADA expects the project to be completed by the end of 2019.
