Seven projects worth $489m will be delivered during Q1 and Q2 of this year within the Al Furjan community, according to developer Azizi Developments. The developer says the projects are being delivered ahead of schedule in accordance with the chairman’s vision.

All seven projects are being built on a 24 hours a day schedule, with the Roy Mediterranean and Montrell projects scheduled for delivery in February. The Plaza, Azizi Star, Samia, Farishta and Shaista projects will be handed over in the second quarter of this year.

Once completed, the projects will add a little over 2,000 new homes to the Al Furjan community, split between studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The development also features commercial areas and, as per the developer, is one of Dubai’s fastest growing residential neighborhoods.
