Following the completion of construction work, Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer Aldar has announced that it has begun the phased handover of residential units to home owners and investors at its Ansam and Al Hadeel projects.

The Ansam development consists of four Andalusian-style residential buildings offering a mix of 500 different unit types including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Located on the west-side of Yas Island, Aldar says this is the first development on the island to be handed over to residents.

The developer says the project offers residents a privileged resort-lifestyle with access to a multitude of community facilities and retail outlets. Construction work began on the project in the first half of 2015.

First launched in 2014, the Al Hadeel development sits on the seafront of Al Raha Beach, alongside several of Aldar’s other developments including Al Bandar, Al Muneera and Al Zeina. The development is located next to a major highway and is said to offer 5.2m sqm of natural beachfront to residents. The project features one to three bedroom apartments, as well as three to five bedroom townhouses and duplexes.

Aldar also has several other residential projects under development in Abu Dhabi. The developer says each is being designed to offer upscale living to residents and investors.
