A subsidiary of Arabtec Holding has been awarded an AED 196 million ($53.3m) project by Emaar Properties for the main contract works of phase one of the Forte project.
Target Engineering Construction Company will carry out the work on the development in Downtown Dubai, according to a statement.
The contract scope includes the construction of five basements for two residential towers, and the project will commence this month and last 12 months.
