Phase one of the Water Garden City project in Bahrain has been completed, as per a statement from Al Bilad Real Estate Investment Company. Al Bilad is the master developer of the project, which is said to offer ‘promising opportunities’ for those wishing to invest in real estate in the country.

Phase one includes the Marina Promenade Dining Strip’s restaurants and residential villas. A total of 22 restaurants are have been delivered each featuring three floors – basement, ground, mezzanine and outdoor seating terraces.

The 14 Sky Garden villas also boast three floors, each with an open plan lounge/dining area. The villas are said to offer panoramic views from the balcony and boast three ensuite bedrooms, an indoor elevator, and a roof garden with kitchen and swimming pool.

“We are pleased to announce the completion of the first phase of the outstanding series of restaurants and Sky Garden villas at the Water Garden City. This is one of the most important stages in which we are able to illustrate the character and enjoyable environment to live, work, relax and have fun,” said Zeyad Abdullatif Janahi, general manager of Al Bilad Real Estate Investment Company.

The developer says it expects residents and restaurant operators to move into phase one of the project later in the year.

“The Marina will be the heart of the pulsating development with events and entertainment for families, designed and located for the safe mooring of leisure crafts and yachts, surrounded by a public walkway called the ‘Marina Promenade’ and a series of high-end residential villas and restaurants catering to all tastes and allowing residents and visitors to enjoy a range of activities, events, cafes, fine restaurants and marina views,” concluded Janahi.
