Vincitore Real Estate Development has just announced a new project housing 216 residential apartments in the Arjan district in Dubai’s Al Barsha South. Vincitore Boulevard will offer studio and one-bedroom units, as well as 30 boutique retail outlets, and will span over 173,337sqft.

Vincitore Boulevard is the developer’s second project in Dubai; its flagship development – Vincitore Palacio – was launched in 2016.

The real estate developer says the new project was designed by celebrity architects who drew inspiration from European and Emirati designs, with the goal of creating an iconic property that offers versatility, comfort and luxury living. The new development is expected to be handed over by April 2019.
