Al Naboodah Group’s MEP arm launches fire safety division

Trans Gulf Electromechanical, the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) arm of Al Naboodah Group Enterprises, has launched a new fire and safety division.

TransPro Systems will offer a range of services such as fire detection and alarm systems and emergency lighting, in addition to design and development, detailed engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the safety systems.

“We are proud to announce the launch of our new division and provide the Middle East with the highest quality of fire and safety technologies,” said Stuart McGregor, general manager, Trans Gulf Electromechanical, in a statement from the company.

“Our new division has a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers and technicians to provide solutions that meet the highest possible standards fully compliant with international codes and standards such as NFPA, FM Global, BS Standards and UAE fire codes.”

Trans Gulf also offers air-conditioning and ventilation systems, electrical and low current systems, as well as wet services including plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems. It also actively uses BIM modelling to increase efficiency and add value to its projects.
