Master developer Dubai South says it will sell homes starting at AED280,000 ($76,000), which it described as “never-seen-before” market prices.

Sales of residential units at The Pulse, which was announced at Cityscape Global, are expected start at the end of September, the developer of the 145 sq. km. Dubai South city said.

Residential units up for sale include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two- and three-bedroom tiered townhomes within a secure gated community.

“At never-seen-before competitive market prices, which includes under AED300,000 for a spacious studio, all the units are expected to sell quickly due to the high-yielding investment opportunity they present,” it added in a statement.

“The units, which will be ready for occupancy in 2019, are designed by world-class architects and boast elegant facilities including club houses with a gym, pool, children’s playground and a yoga lounge.”

The Pulse will be situated in the Dubai South Residential District, and centred around a 70-metre wide, six-lane Boulevard.

Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, said buyers are being offered a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of purchasing their dream home in Dubai South at very competitive prices”.

Dubai South, being built around the Al Maktoum International Airport, is in close proximity to the Expo 2020 site.
