Ras Al Khaimah-based developer RAK Properties has announced that its 24-storey residential tower on Abu Dhabi’s Reem Island will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2018.

Julphar Residence is targeted at buyers including young executives, and small- and medium-sized families, a statement said.

It will comprise of 266 apartments that include studios measuring 440 sq ft, to three-bedroom units measuring 1950 sq ft.

While the main tower features 19 floors of residential apartments, Julphar Residence will consist of four podium levels, including a lobby on the ground floor. The upper three podium levels will consist of covered residential and car parking areas.

Amenities will include a rooftop communal garden, adult and children’s pools on the podium level, a fully equipped gym and separate male and female saunas.
