The Kanoo Group, in partnership with Core Savills, has launched a new residential community in Dubai’s Jumeirah 3.
The Kanoo Villas comprises of 11 residential properties with rents starting at AED 390,000 ($106,000) a year.
Each of the two-storey properties feature a 2,957 square foot open-plan layout with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and two parking slots.
