The Saudi subsidiary of Dubai’s Emaar Properties has started the sales of its third residential project at the Jeddah Gate Community.
The three-tower Emaar Residences features 283 residential units ranging from one to four bedroom apartments and penthouses, and from 70 to 300 square metres in size.
The buildings are located close to a range of leisure, recreation and shopping facilities, Emaar Middle East said in a statement.
The towers have a common podium housing all the amenities. Each tower has its own dedicated drop-off zone, lobbies, 24-hour reception and concierge, and integrated security system.
Amenties also include an outdoor swimming pool for men, children’s day care area with outdoor play area, a multipurpose hall for social events and business requirements, separate fitness centres for men and women with saunas, a Jacuzzi, an aerobics area and a ladies spa.
Emaar Residences follows the launches of Abraj Al Hilal 1 and Abraj Al Hilal 2 residential projects at Jeddah Gate.
Jeddah Gate Community spreads over 413,000 square metres and is located along King Abdullah Road in close proximity to the central business district, cornice, hospitals, schools and the new Metro Al Montalaq.
