Three towers comprising 906 apartments on Abu Dhabi’s Reem Island have been completed, according to the developer Hydra Properties.

The towers mark the first phase of the Hydra Avenue complex, a waterfront development that will consist of six towers with 2,292 and apartments and 39 townhouses when fully complete.

“This development will add 945,000 square feet of real estate development and 20,000 square feet of high-end retail space,” the developer said in a statement.

It includes views of Abu Dhabi’s mangroves, swimming pools, gyms, dining and retail outlets.

Hydra Properties has appointed Three60 Communities to carry out the formal handover process, and manage the community facilities.
