Dubai Properties is set to reveal its new development, 1/JBR, at this year’s Cityscape Global.
The tower, located at Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai, will feature two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments and five-bedroom penthouses. The development will have three to four residences per elevator lobby, and penthouses on the top two levels. Selected residences include provision upgrades for private pools, Dubai Properties announced.
Completion and delivery of the project is set for early 2019. Interested buyers can register at Dubai Properties’ stand at Cityscape Global, which runs at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 8-10.
“1/JBR will appeal to discerning local, regional and international investors, who are looking for the highest specification residences in one of the most vibrant destinations in the country,” said Abdullatif AlMulla, Group CEO of Dubai Properties Group.
AlMulla, who was formerly group CEO of Tecom Investments, was appointed as group chief executive of Dubai Properties last month, when the developer announced new appointments to its senior management team. Meanwhile, Naaman Atallah was appointed CEO.
Dubai Properties’ real estate portfolio includes commercial and residential mixed-use developments in Business Bay and residential communities at Dubailand. The developer also has residential and hospitality projects at Culture Village around the Dubai Creek, namely the Dubai Wharf, Manazel Al Khor and the Anantara Dubai Creek Hotel, in the pipeline.
