The Kuwaiti developer Top Real Estate Group (TREG) says it will hand over its Pearl Works project, located in the UK city of Sheffield, to investors by the middle of September.
Owners of the project come from the UK, Kuwait and Qatar, said TREG managing director Waleed Al-Qaddoumi.
The project, which completed on time, is adjacent to Sheffield Hallam University and is centrally located in the city.
The Pearl Works project consists of studio apartments that can be used as private residences or student accommodation. There are 53 studios of varying sizes, and prices start from $103,069.
Should investors wish to lease their apartments as student residences, TREG, through management agreements with other companies, says it will guarantee the rental income.
