The Dubai property developer Damac has launched a new series of villas and mansions at its flagship Akoya development, with a starting price of AED 6.5 million ($1.77 milion).
The Trump PRVT mansions and villas will be set within the gated Trump Estates part of the development, with views over the Trump International Golf Club.
“Trump PRVT will be the most distinguished address in Dubai,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president of Damac Properties, in a statement.
The properties will have their own pools, balconies and private gardens, Damac said.
They are geared towards the “top end of the luxury real estate market in Dubai”, which remains strong, McLoughlin said.
“We are seeing overseas buyers become increasingly savvy in their demands and requirements for homes which provide escapism and privacy as a premium. Trump PRVT is the epitome of that lifestyle,” he said.
