Al Nakhla Investment Company has completed Al Sharq Village, which is billed as a major luxury residential compound located in the Qurtuba district of Riyadh. Spanning over 167,000sqm, the development features 450 residential units, offering a lifestyle that blends modern comfort with traditional design elements.

Completed in two and a half years, Al Sharq Village is designed to meet the needs of modern families seeking both serenity and convenience. The project stands out for its wide green spaces, which contributes to a peaceful living environment and quality of life. The community is expected to house 1,200 residents. The architectural design of the compound merges contemporary features with Salmani style, reflecting Riyadh’s urban planning vision, the company explained.

The development is equipped with a wide range of amenities and services, including sports and recreational areas, healthcare and educational facilities, as well as retail and dining options. Residents will have access to fine-dining restaurants, Costa Coffee, Al Tamimi Supermarket, and other retail outlets that support daily needs and community living.

“Al Sharq Village project continues Al Nakhla Investment Company’s success in real estate development. We have previously developed nearly 3,000 premium residential units, in addition to commercial, office, and hospitality projects,” said a company spokesman.

Located in Qurtuba, Al Sharq Village offers connectivity with just 15 minutes from King Khalid International Airport and easy access to the Riyadh Metro network, making it ideal for business professionals and frequent travelers. It also provides proximity to business and leisure hubs such as Sabic, King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh Front, Business Gate, and the Fairmont Hotel, the firm concluded.
