Majid Al Futtaim Communities has launched Alaya Beach, which is billed as an exclusive residential neighbourhood within the Tilal Al Ghaf development. The neighbourhood offers a limited collection of premium homes and will set a benchmark in luxury waterfront living for the region, said a statement from the firm, which is part of Majid Al Futtaim Properties.

Situated on the Lagoon Al Ghaf waterfront, a recreational 110,000sqm lagoon at the centre of Tilal Al Ghaf, Alaya Beach is designed to deliver an exceptional experience, the statement noted. The neighbourhood comprises 14 mansions and 30 reserve grand villas, each set-in landscaped grounds.
