The first phase of Canal Front Residences has been unveiled by master developer Meydan. The developer notes that the project is a residential community at the Dubai Water Canal offering luxury living, stunning views and a mix of dining, leisure and recreation facilities.

According to a statement from Meydan, the project is located in a prime position in Jumeirah district and comprises more than 700 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across 11 buildings, set among parks and communal green spaces. The first phase has 150 units across two five storey buildings.

The developer says that the homes will be finished to the highest standards and designed for optimum light and views. The apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, contemporary interiors, large living and dining spaces, and ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms. The average sizes are 85sqm for a one-bedroom apartment, 125sqm for two beds and 165sqm for three-bedroom units, Meydan explained.

The residences will also have a wealth of onsite amenities including state-of-the-art gyms, swimming pools, multi-purpose areas, children’s play areas and access to the canal cycling track, said the statement.

Canal Front Residences offers residents easy access to Jumeirah Beach, a RTA water transport station, while Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road are just a short drive away, the statement concluded.
